Low light, romantic and chill atmosphere, with tentative staff. I loved the 5 different hearty soups. The Borscht (red beet and beef) soup felt healthy and tasty with sour cream. The Solyanka soup was my favorite due to its smoky, full flavor. I also tried the lentil-carrot soup, the lamb soup, and dumpling soup, which I liked well enough but the others were out-of-this-world!!!
I also tried the Napoleon cake, which was light and fluffy. It was very lightly sweetened the way most Asian desserts are. A mix between baklava and cake.

This was a nice change of pace for us. They've got a take out counter for their desserts and sides and then a long dining area for sit downs. The service was good and the food came out quickly. If we needed anything, we could press the button at the end of the table.
Had cafe vibes and the food was good though some dishes could've been more seasoned. No biggie since there's condiments at the table for that. Overall, had a pleasant dinner and wouldn't mind stopping by again for takeout

Absolutely a rare find. Beautiful service from walking in and leaving. Not only did they accommodate my tomato allergies and not being able to eat rice but they even offered me tea and it is cold outside.
I loved the atmosphere it was so relaxing. I definitely highly recommend this restaurant because they made me feel so welcomed.
And their lamb with broccoli and salad was absolutely amazing. Definitely a high end quality meal.

Some of the best Russian food I had in California! We had pelmeni, Olivier salad, plov and medovik and all of it was superb.
Staff all spoke Russian and that was extra points to authenticity. Having a cake before the meal was a bit odd, but I was just to hungry to wait so I gobbled it all up
